Avery Ag Arena Site Preparation & Footing Installation
Beam Construction was contracted to prepare and finish the riding surface at the Avery Ag Arena, ensuring it met the standards required for safe, high-performance agricultural and equestrian events. The project involved a full-scale grading operation to establish proper slope and drainage across the arena, preventing water retention and maintaining consistent surface conditions in varying weather.
Our team imported and placed select sand material, carefully distributing and leveling it to create a uniform base. Through a combination of precision grading and soil conditioning, we worked the native soil and sand mixture to achieve optimal footing—balancing firmness and cushion to support livestock movement and rider performance.
In addition to surface preparation, Beam Construction assisted in the layout and installation of arena pens, ensuring efficient flow and functionality for events and livestock handling.
This project highlights Beam Construction’s expertise in arena development—delivering a surface that performs under pressure, drains effectively, and stands up to repeated use in demanding conditions.
