Driveway reconfiguration

Beam Construction was recently contracted to redesign and rebuild a residential driveway within a private mountain development. The original driveway posed a significant safety concern due to its steep grade, making access to the client’s home difficult and hazardous—especially during wet or icy conditions.

Our team engineered and executed a complete driveway reconfiguration, which involved grading an adjacent property to achieve a safer, more gradual slope. This solution not only improved accessibility but also enhanced long-term stability and usability for the homeowner.
